• "A team member is underperforming..." → Coach/mentor first, never fire immediately
• "Two team members disagree..." → Facilitate collaboration/problem-solving

• "The team is newly formed..." → Recognize Tuckman's stage, adapt leadership style
• "A virtual team is struggling..." → Improve communication tools and frequency
